To ensure safety compliance and product quality equal to or exceeding industry expectations, NMG maintains an in-house team of Quality Assurance officers based onsite at the ZOOMLION factory. This team oversees every crane built for the Australian market, ensuring full compliance with all relevant standards, verifying that factory-fitted options match customer requirements, supervising load-testing operations, and providing clients with build progress updates. No crane leaves the factory until it meets the agreed specifications and the quality standard committed to at sale.
Safety
NMG dispels misconceptions about the safety of Chinese-manufactured cranes by demonstrating full, verifiable compliance with Australian and international standards. ZOOMLION cranes meet:- AS 1418 and AS 2550- All design registration requirements- Relevant EN standards- ISO standards — 4301, 8686, 20332, 10245, 12488, 11660, 9001, 45001- Standard-equipped safety systems - Proof-load testing and commissioning
